As women, we flow and ebb in cycles. Life constantly invites us to integrate experiences, both pleasurable and painful. Yet often, these unprocessed stories settle into our bodies.

Many of us carry tension, pain, or trauma in our womb space, vagina and cervix, impacting our sexual vitality, reproductive health and feminine expression.

This sacred space is not broken. It is wise. And it’s waiting for you to listen.

As part of my private 1:1 work, I offer Integrative Pelvic Care. A form of ceremonial bodywork that honours the womb space as sacred and wise.

These sessions blend hands-on and hands-in somatic practices with ritual, presence, and deep listening to support alignment and vitality in the female body. This modality weaves self-empowered bodywork and somatic exploration to help you:

• Connect with your pelvic anatomy through education and mapping
• Gently explore physical, emotional and energetic layers
• Release tension and old stories stored in the tissues
• Reclaim healthy boundaries, joy, and deep feminine self-knowing

This is body-led, ceremonial healing, particularly supportive for boundary ruptures, including experiences of sexual abuse or assault. All sessions are held with deep care, rooted in trauma-informed practice, consent, and sovereignty.

What Might Be Included

• Female pelvic anatomy education
• External/internal pelvic, vulva and vaginal mapping
• Somatic exploration of bones, muscles and arousal tissue
• Sacred practice with the Womb Medicine Wheel for embodied feminine transformation

All sessions are guided by your pace and choice. Hands-in internal work is only available in follow-up sessions (never in the first session), to ensure your body is fully prepared and supported.

Yoni steaming is an ancient practice using herbal steam to support reproductive health, womb healing, and emotional release. Through certification with the Peristeam Hydrotherapy Institute, I offer individualised steam protocols to support:

• Menstrual regulation and pain
• Endometriosis, fibroids, or PMS
• Postpartum and miscarriage recovery
• Vaginal infections, dryness or fertility concerns
• Reconnection with your cycle and womb wisdom

Most women steam 4 times/month.

Clients can attend in-person or work with me remotely, with herbs and guidance posted to them.
