It can feel like such a foreign concept, or a fleeting moment that comes and goes before you've even realised you were there.
For many women, presence lives as an idea.
Something we should be better at.
Something we reach for in the middle of busy days, full minds, and full lives.
And yet ..... it can feel just out of reach.
Like a constant returning. Or a quiet frustration ......
"Why can't I just stay here?"
The reality for so many of us - we are stuck in the past or in the future.
Embodied presence is the state of being fully here, in your body, in the moment, with what is actually happening, without trying to escape, control, or override it.
It’s not just awareness in the mind.
It’s a whole-body experience.
Presence is when your attention, your sensation, and your awareness are all in the same place at the same time.
It’s not about being perfectly calm, still, or regulated. You can be anxious, emotional, activated and still be present.
Presence is simply your capacity to stay with yourself in the midst of whatever is arising. And for many people, that capacity has never been deeply developed, not because something is wrong, but because we’ve been conditioned to leave ourselves in order to function.
So presence isn’t something you achieve.
It’s something you practice returning to again and again until being here becomes more familiar than leaving.
I want to offer something different to you.
A space where presence is not something you try to force, get right or practice perfectly.
I am offering you the opportunity to get out of your head, access presence through your body, to somatically unpack your experience, to listen to other women's felt sense and challenges and move through areas of resistance.
I am inviting you into a small group experience, an emergent, co-created space where we explore presence in real time. Not as a concept. But as a lived, felt experience.
This work is somatic, relational, and deeply experiential and embodied.
You, along with each woman in the room, will shape how this space unfolds. There is no rigid structure to follow. No fixed outcome to achieve. Instead, we will be working with what is here, moment to moment.
This work is slow work. I'm not going to lie and sell you something else. It is subtle, nuanced, honest and often far more powerful than we expect.
You won't be asked to perform presence. You'll be supported to find your way into it.

I cannot map out exactly what will unfold inside this space. And that's the point. Presence doesn't follow a script. It reveals itself in real time. Through you, through the group, through what is alive in each moment. This is beautiful work to explore as a group of women.

Optional Deeper Exploration: Often within programs, things start to move, layers open, insights land or something asks for a little more time and attention. A one-on-one session can offer a place to gently unpack, explore more deeply, or be held in a more personalised way.
