The Topless Table is an intimate full moon energy gathering for women who are curious about and/or craving freedom from societal norms and conditioning. The kind of liberation that lives inside the body, not just in theory.
This event is an evening of food, mocktails, laughter, a moon ritual and optional moonlit skinny dip. We'll eat together, soften internal rules and conditioning, and experience what it's like to be witnessed in our bare state without performance.
Topless is invited. It is never required. Expectations are not welcome!
This gathering isn't about provocation or rebellion for its own sake. It's about choice. It's about noticing where we still hold ourselves in, and experimenting, with letting go and getting comfortable with all of ourselves ....... and of course having a heap of fun in the process!!!!!!!
Because most women have spent a lifetime being told how to manage, cover, present or justify their bodies.
Because breasts have been made into a "thing". Sexualised, policed, commented on, rather than just another part of us that deserves ease.
Because sitting at a table, eating dinner, mid-conversation, without armour ...... quietly changes something.
At the Topless Table, toplessness isn't a statement or a stunt. It is simply one of many options.
You might arrived clothed and stay that way. You might take layers off later. You might adorn yourself with nipple tape/coverings (provided). You might put clothes back on again.
Freedom here is subtle, embodied and entirely self-directed.
A non-alcoholic mocktail on arrival
A sit-down generous, unfussy and delicious meal
Laughter, play and a little directed banter over dinner
A full moon ritual, meaningful and symbolic but not too heavy
An optional moonlit skinny dip in a private heated pool
Fun, obvious nipple tape and playful coverings provided - because choice should come with options
A small take-home keepsake to anchor the night
Feelings of connection and community with women
This is not a workshop.
There is nothing to fix, process or perform.
It's a social, embodied gathering that is intentional, relaxed and human.
The Topless Table is:
You're not here to prove anything.
You're not here to push an edge for the sake of it.
You're here to notice where liberation already lives and maybe let it expand!
I'm hosting The Topless Table because I see how many women are quietly exhausted by the rules, spoken and unspoken, and how their bodies should behave in the world.
Through years of working with women, women's bodies, intimacy and the nervous system, I've learned that liberation doesn't usually arrive through big declarations. It arrives through lived moments that gently disrupt what we've normalised.
As I said, this gathering isn't about rebellion for rebellion's sake. It's about creating a space where women can explore self-trust, agency and choice, with warmth, humour and care.
I'm not here to tell you how to be free.
I'm here to host the table where you to practice it.

Do I have to be topless?
No. Topless is invited. Clothing choices and adornments are entirely yours.
Are nipple coverings provided?
Yes. Fun, obvious nipple tape and playful coverings will be available if you want them ... or not.
Is this sexual?
No. This is a non-sexual, embodied gathering. There is no sexual activity or expectation.
Can I change my mind during the night?
Absolutely. Choice is ongoing. You can add or remove layers as you like and chose what aspects of the evening you want to participate in.
What should I wear?
Whatever feels good. You may like to bring a sarong, robe, wrap or shirt that you can easily move in and out of.
What should I bring?
Bring a towel if you decide to swim and a bottle of water.
Will there be photos?
This is a mostly phone-free space. There will be no casual photos or filming. At certain moments, I may invite an optional photo and only with full explicit consent from those present. You always have full permission to decline. No explanation needed. Your "no" will be respected without question. Presence comes first. Always.
Do I have to speak or share?
No. Participation is optional. Listening is encouraged.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. Women need to be over 18 years of age. I love when a diverse group of women come together from different stages and ages of womanhood. It is so good for us to share space and commune with the full continuum of womanhood.
All body shapes and sizes are so so welcome.
